The conference on the Shroud of Turin will be held in the TRAC center at 6600 Burden Blvd in Pasco in the state of Washington (not Washington D.C.), USA, starting on Wednesday evening (6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, July 19 of 2017) and all day Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (7:45 am to 9:30 pm, July 20 to 22 of 2017). Wednesday evening will be free. This conference will consist of PowerPoint presentations on recent and previous research on the Shroud of Turin. As currently planned, it will include 31 researchers making 50 presentations, as well as three panel discussions, for a total of about 35 hours of information and discussion. A replica of the Shroud will be on display. The conference is international in scope as presenters will be coming from the US, Italy, Spain, France, Australia, etc. A major purpose of the conference is to promote research on the Shroud, so this issue will be raised frequently during the conference.
